A fantastic display of running rugby gave the 3rds their biggest win of the season so far, running in 12 tries. Joe Redshaw stole the show with four tries and was a constant threat all afternoon, David Walton (no this is not a mis-print !!!) also crossed for 4. Jack Sowerby, Jake Parkinson, Stuart Crawford and the evergreen Steven Grimbleby all scored one each. Huw Davies (5) and Joe Redshaw (2) kicked the conversions.
In the forwards Dan Walker put in his best performance of the season with some rampaging runs closely followed by George Hill and Mark Newman. Hooker Stuart Rice improves with every game as does Ben Coulthard who played his 1st game in the 2nd row unfortunately Ben limping off with a foot injury. There were welcome returns from Jack Sowerby and Sam Masterman after injury lay offs.

This week the 3rds are at home to Pontefract 3pm kick off.
